All appointments are subject to availability. We encourage clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure preferred time slots. Walk-in appointments are accepted based on availability.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
We strive to maintain punctuality for all appointments. If you anticipate arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled or abbreviated depending on our schedule for the day.
Hair by Diana offers a range of hair care services including but not limited to cutting, styling, coloring, treatments, and consultations. The specific services provided will be agreed upon during the consultation prior to the commencement of any service.
Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. The final price may vary depending on the length, thickness, and condition of your hair, as well as the specific services requested. Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the initial consultation.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Gratuities for exceptional service are greatly appreciated.
Hair by Diana is committed to providing high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their hair history, allergies, and any other relevant medical or cosmetic concerns. It is important to follow any post-service care instructions provided by our stylists to maintain the health and integrity of your hair.
Hair by Diana and its staff are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services or products. Clients assume all risks associated with the services provided.
